Rights and liabilities of EBCON functionaries
All experts (chief representatives, governors, national and regional presidents, vice presidents, chairpersons of working commissions, deputy chairpersons of working commissions, professional presidents, heads of central offices, their deputies, senators, commissioners, etc.) are generally regarded as "functionaries" of the EBCON European Business Club and other collaborators (delegates, partners, sponsors etc.) are acting even in their functions for the EBCON Club on their own responsibility.

The only steering and decision making bodies is the EBCON-Management (Board of Directors) .
Functionaries are not authorized to conclude any contracts which are legally binding for the Management of the EBCON European Business Club or to use the official (round) seal of the Club. Contracts with third parties need to be countersigned and sealed by the President of the Board of Directors in Zurich .
